Uzbekistan MOH Project
In 2015, the MOH of Uzbekistan launched a tender for medical furniture for the various hospitals in the country.
BACKGROUND:
The project is financed by world bank, so all the procurement of procedure should strictly comply with the standard rule.
The bid number is HP/ICB/14/03.
Total there are 29 bidders attended the tender, there are bidders from China, Japan, Germany etc..
After a comprehensive and strict evaluation, YONGFA MEDICAL finally won out within the fierce competition with the highest score but not the lowest price.
Our international manufacturing standard and systematic management were approved by the tender board.

After the contract, YONGFA team made production schedule accordingly and finished the whole production ahead of the required time.
Atthe same time, we also help clients provide samples for test and registration. And prepared the necessary shipping documents.
Such as notarization for our registration certificate, CE, ISO and so on.
The inspection before delivery was conducted not only representative from MOH of Uzbekistan but also the CCIC.
The goods were deliveried to Uzbekistan by train. Firstly, we calculate the loading plan again and again, help clients to save space. Second, you know, by train, there is no packing list like the one by sea, we help clients designed a special detailed packing list, including container no., seal no., packing weights, cartons of goods, packing details...
We YONGFA finally dispatched the total products within a week( total 19 40HQ) according to the loading requirement and accomplished the project with a highly respected feedback.
